What to include in a writer/content invoice
- Your business name, ABN and contact details
- The words "Tax Invoice" if you are registered for GST
- A unique, sequential invoice number and the issue date
- A clear description of the goods or services supplied
- Quantities, unit rates and line totals
- The GST amount shown separately (or a statement that the total includes GST)
- Payment terms, due date and your payment details
- The customer’s name or ABN for invoices of $1,000 or more
