  1. Design Your Card: Fill in your details, choose a template, and select your brand colors. Upload a high-resolution logo (300+ DPI) for best print quality.
  2. Set Print Resolution: In Print Settings, select 300 DPI for standard commercial printing or 600 DPI for premium quality. Higher DPI means larger file size.
  3. Add Bleed (Recommended): Enable "Add 3mm Bleed" so your design extends past the cut line. This prevents white edges if cutting is slightly off.
  4. Enable Crop Marks: Turn on crop marks so the print shop knows exactly where to cut. These marks appear outside the bleed area.
  5. Choose Card Size: Standard US cards are 3.5" ร— 2". European cards are 85 ร— 55mm. Square cards (65 ร— 65mm) are trendy but may cost more to print.
  6. Use CMYK-Safe Colors: Click the color swatches in the CMYK info box to use colors that convert well from screen (RGB) to print (CMYK).
  7. Export Print-Ready PDF: Click "Print-Ready PDF" to get a single high-resolution card with your bleed and crop settings. This is what you'll send to the print shop.
  8. Convert to CMYK: Open your exported file in Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, or ask your print shop to convert from RGB to CMYK color mode.
Pro Tips:
  • Always order a proof print before ordering in bulk
  • Keep text at least 3mm from card edges (safety margin)
  • Use fonts large enough to read - minimum 7pt for fine print
  • Request paper samples from your print shop (matte, gloss, textured)
  • Consider a spot UV coating on logos for premium feel
